What happens next
1. Ring us, at any hour
One of us answers, comes to you within the hour if someone has died, and brings your person into our care.
2. We meet, usually at your home
When you are ready, and not before, we sit down together and go through what you want. You leave with a written estimate.
3. We arrange everything
The crematorium or cemetery, the minister or celebrant, the flowers, the notices and the vehicles. You approve each thing once.
4. The day, and afterwards
Your director conducts the day itself, then stays in touch. Ashes, memorials and paperwork are handled in the weeks that follow.
