When someone dies, do this first

There is less to do than you fear, and none of it has to be done tonight. Three steps, in order, and we do the rest with you.
1. Get the medical certificate from the GP or hospital. 2. Ring us on 0800 555 0122; we come to you. 3. Register the death within five days. Everything else can wait.
